this my 1st trip to china xiamen...accompany my dad visit his hometown...
this 5 mile bridge is locate in anhai near jinjiang.
my dad when he was 11 years old used to dive here in the water to savage sea shells & others stuff & then sell it in the street market to support the family.
during that time kid at age 10 years above start to work & support family..life is tough that period.
i do not know what is the age of this bridge,,neither do my dad. but it probably more than 100 yrs. today the water in it is heavy polluted. |
