Shenyang historically was known as a somewhat dirty industrial steel city. For the past decade much of the heavy industry has moved south and newer cleaner industries such as auto manufacturing has enabled this huge city to get much more serene as indicated.
Handheld around 6.30 pm just after dusk.
The building on the right is the Kempinski, a very fine hotel.
