[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
At an early morning market in the city centre, creatures great and small slaughtered and prepared for sale. The Chinese like their food fresh and it doesn't get any fresher than this. Nothing goes to waste and no unnecessary packaging or refrigeration required.

I'm sure these made a great Fish Head Soup or Curry.

Thank you for sharing this experience with us, very unusual picture and very well post it in this site, normally in Angola we use the left overs like this as baits, there is a lot of fishing going around ;-).
