[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
the motorboat kept up with us,and the man was excited by the billows created by our yacht...

post-pro: The image was achieved by applying a succession of filters in PS. first, I blurred the image with the noise filter. then I applied the poster edges filter. next I softended poster edges with the noise filter again, applied the sumi filter and then finished up with a final very light use of the noise filter.
i did for fun,and wish u like it~

It's the sort of image you see framed and hung in offices where they've been charged a small fortune by the artist!

What a good technique, I've made a note of your method here, well done!

We leave the domain of photography, but need a good first shot to do this.
Result is like some comics the kids read here.
Good one
Jean Michel

I like the strip-like result of your processing Xu, and thank you for adding a good description.

(perhaps we could ask Adam to start a TrekArt.com ;-) )

I think that after Boxing Day we all have a different view of the sea. I am afraid I can't help but seeing this in the light of the Tsunami catastrophe, and it becomes a very strong piece of work. This looks like a relentless sea, and the motorboat could be - well anything our imagination will let it be. Great work - I will note that process and try it out.

Bravo for this very good composition. Your pp is really excellent. This is like a painting.
I like it a lot.
Alexandre

I like the colors and compositon.
