| Temporary overflow waiting areas at the Kunming Train Station--streets were blocked off and travelers were divided into groups of 100 or so that were separated by gaps, with a policeman in each gap. Fortunately, Kunming is the "Spring City", so people weren't sitting out in wind, snow, and rain. Nearby, 40 temporary ticket stalls were set up. |
