[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
On 30 January 2000, Kunming had its' heaviest snowfall, in 80 years (-5c). My flight was delayed 25 hours! This is that flight, en route to Chiang Mai, in northern Thailand (+30c).

Great picture Chris. It really gives a sense of flying and looking down from a plane that is taking off.

It must have been very boring to wait 25 hours!!
That's a very good panorama of the city!

This is a very interesting landscape, giving an idea of how it is in Yunnan.
Well done for the angle and framing, the snow mood is excellent and also the negative light.

Unusual indeed to have that much snow in South Xhina I believe.
So you are a very luckyman to capture this unique image. It must be hard for the people, as there houses are certainly not built to these low temperatures.

The image is very sharp and well composed with this blend of fields and villages.

The wing adds nicely to the composition Chris, 'pushing' the viewer's eyes into the main part of the photo. The landscape itself is very effectively captured.
