This is in a small town near Kuerle, in Xinjiang. I found this scene very funny because there is a big bus parked directly behind the sign that says buses aren't allowed there. In addition, the pole supporting the sign mirrors the bar through the bus on the sign, drawing clear parallels, and making the whole thing even funnier.
