Such strange sight in the midst of the Dessert, 2 trees with contrasting shade striking a perfect balance at the oasis.....strange too that the crowd at this tourist attraction, the Cresent Lake in Dunhuang, is absent from the frame....such tranquility in the image is like a mirage in the dessert, behind me - hoards of tourist converge to ride the camel caravans up and down the dune.

Well seen and good exposure; I'd take without the lake; only the trees, dune and sky as a minimalist.
