Chinese supermarket in Tibet
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| The Chinese supermarkets have everything a consumer can even dream of. For a Tibetan, it is only a dream. The pictures are little blurry, I was afraid to openly take snaps of anything to do with the Chinese. |

Well, it's good you had the courage to take the picture! You shouldn't've been afraid! The image would have been full of details and bright colors, hand't been for the disturbing blur...
Take care, Gloria! Have a great weekend!
p.s. tomorrow
Did you notice, Gloria, that most Chinese supermarkets have "no camera" signs in them? (A foreign teacher here got in trouble for for just writing down prices--she wanted to do some comparison shopping, but the staff hauled her off to the office.) I don't know if you have to be careful about taking photos of anything to do with the Chinese, but look out for the "no photography allowed" signs.
