I took this in a hot day with some clouds. The bright spot is the sun captured with high shutter speed and small aperture. hope i havent screwed my sensor!
in photoshop i processed the image to give it some dramatic effects! here is the recipe how to turn your planet red:
1- change the hue in colorize mode
2- adjust levels only in red channel
3- unsharp mask
4- resize the image
