[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I have a weakness about doors and door knobs.

This one I caught while I was walking in one of the most "in" places of Shanghai - Xintiandi, or, if translated literally, New Heavenly Place.

It was in a near house that in 1921 Mao Zedong and his comrades all over China gathered to create the Chinese Communist Party.

Presently, all the houses in this area were restored and transformed in restaurants and brand shops. And this historical site is surrounded by huge skyscrapers in one of the most commercial streets of Shanghai - Huahailu.

Perhaps this photo is a bit too plain, but I like the simple elements and the colour contrast. Perhaps I will still post other photos of the door knob later.

Hi Ricardo,
Very nice photo of the door and the number plate. I have been to Xintiandi for many times but didn't notice the numbers in traditional Chinese characters. Great job!
