yes the atmospheric conditions have been very nicely captured in this lowlight shot.
Impressive exposure and detail.
Personally though I find the text/font you've used on the border a bit over-powering.. (just my opinion).

Ahhh....outstanding nocturnal picture of Shanghai! Indeed the poor wearter is a blessing for this (kind of) picture(s). Excellent how the light is diffused a nice almost mysterious panorama! Looking to this view I almost feel the need to pack my bags and visit this town, and I will, butt not sure if it will be this year....keep me informed about China Ennie!

Ok just caching my breath now Anneke. This is a really beautiful post, wonderful lighting gives the whole image a mystical air. Superb clarity and yet a wonderful softness to the lighting too. A truly magical image my friend, really well done.

Wow, wat een plaatje!!! Hoe lang blijven jullie nog daar? Hoeveel foto´s heb je gemaakt? We zien china een beetje door jullie ogen op deze manier! Erg mooi!!! Ga zo door!!

Very nice exposure. THe weather is an added plus to the mood. I don't know the scene to knowif you could have moved the viewpoint slightly to get the tower out of the dead middle of the image, but it is very nice.

I like the mood you captured a lot ! Some items are puzzling me . A Tug is passing on the river from left to right . It seems to have a giant screen on it displaying a movie or commercial (???? ) The blue tones coming at the far left , I think should be cropped or simply change color to match more the balance of the shot. Just a thought.

I agree with Daniel , try a softer color for your text on your frame. It is too bright and distractive IMHO. The sky color at the right could have worked very well.

Wat een geweldige plaat zeg! kan me voorstellen dat je je blij was. Soms helpen weerscondities.
En ook zo Chinees.
Wij hebben nagenoeg alle groten steden vermeden. Afgezien van de steden waar de lucht havens zijn. Onze start was in Chengdu, Kunming, Dali, Lijiang, Shangri-La. Toen waren we voldoende hoog om de sprong naar Lhasa Tibet te wagen. Letterlijk en Figuurlijk een hoogte punt. Ga nog ff lekker dor jou China foto’s heen.

Wow Anneke , this is a wonderful panorama of the Shanghai skyscrapers , of which the famous tower standing proudly and timidly its top in the clouds, a marvellous POV from across the water ,one thing i like about it is the FG made up by the large pier and monument genuinely leading the eye to the majestic skyline of beautifully lit buidings ( no bright light here ) , My compliments on this one , very well done considering the prevailing weather conditions ,
