[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
It doesn't look like he is caputered but he is. This picture is taken in the Wild Elephant Valley. A nature reserve where there are some elephants living in wild.
They have elephant shows, a bird cage, a butterfly cage, monkeys you can take pictures with, a monbear that 'likes' to be on the picture with you,...
Everything for money!!! They torture animals so they can make money. Like we used to do in Europe in the 50's. It's about time animal organisations reach China.
The worse one I saw there was... for one euro you could buy a beer and the elephant will drink it for you!!!

He doesn’t look like he is in captivity at all David. Such a sad story with such a beautiful capture. Your detail and colour are perfect with an awesome composition. Now I see him looking sad, after the story reading. I do hope he is not and I agree with you on the caging and misuse of animals.

Wow David, dat klinkt wel heel bizar... en heel verschrikkelijk...

De foto zou denk ik wel een tikje scherper mogen, maar de kleuren en de compositie zijn echt heel mooi!

Tsja, 's lands wijs, 's lands eer - lijkt me moeilijk om daarmee om te gaan.
Maar deze opname is prachtig - de kleuren van wit, naar creme, naar lichtgroen en groen zijn bijzonder elegant.
