My bros @ work!!!
Two weeks ago I read this great article about monkeys... it said the more flees remove from the female monkeys the more the male monkey can do his business (make little monkeys ;) ).
Well this picture makes me think about it.
This one is also taken in the Wild Elephant valley and I have another stunning story!!!

In this park you have plenty of groups going around with tour guides. When watching my brother doing their silly things I saw a group of Chinese people watching them. One of the men started to throw found at the monkeys. First soft and then very hard... he even tried to hit one of them. At that force a piece of carrot could easily knock out the monkey. His friends were all laughing but I became agree, furious. I stepped up to him and grabbed his hand, looked him straight in the eyes and told him to stop. Everybody was surprised that a foreigner had to teach a Chinese person to behave. I called him a very bad name in my best Chinese and they slowly took off. Not saying a word because the man lost his face big time in front off his friends and that is one of the worse things that can happen in China.

Hope you enjoy the picture.

David

Okay, you explained how the birds and the bees work with monkeys and how one can loose face in front of friends. You better look out then not to provoke them too much.
Hi David,
Gezellig plaatje over bonding between animals,

TFS

Very good close up shot of this intimate action of scratching, an act of buddy system of monkeys.

Nice sharpness and pov. They are not shy of photographer! Well done.

This is a superb bit of photojournalism: capturing an event that is not often seen and supporting it with excellent notes explaining what the image is about.
What really makes this a stunner in my eyes is the story that you tell afterwards -- good for you!

Hallo David.
He sure looked at you, thinking "mind your own Business", haha.
Lovely scene it is. Well captured. Good job.
Groeten van Jan

Prachtig David ! Compo, kleuren, ...
LOL
waarschijnlijk is die chinezen gewoon ... >:-p

Ah, jij bent dus gelijk " nen nieuwe Belg " :

Groetjes
Jan

Hahaha. Ik vind me helemaal in Jans comment, David ;o).
Anyway, TFS!

David Lambert,
Beautiful portrait of the family.
