[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Back from a short holiday...
First we went to Langzhong, a small ancient city in the east of Chengdu. Small... probably 2 million inhabitants but that's both in the old and new part. We stayed two nights in the old part of the town where you get the feeling of being in a movie. Very nice houses and fun to stay in. Allthough pretty cold these days. Must be great for a summer trip where you can sit in front of you hotel room and just enjoy the time with a beer.
This picture was taken in front of the room we stayed at.

Beautiful compo, David, and excellent, soft tones. I like the way you use the red lantern here, and how you prevented it from getting too prominent (even though at f10 I'd expect a large DoF...).

Oei ... " ik zie niet wat jij ziet "
Eén van m'n orgineelste ...
Ok, zet je neer - biertje en een knabbeltje - hier gaan we ...
Ik denk dat je beter in portrait had gepresenteerd :
de rechtse kant ( toch ongeveer 1/3de ) vertelt infeite " niet veel "
De scherpte is goed, maar je scherptediepte laat het afweten :
voor mijn part hadden alle bloempjes scherp moeten / mogen zijn tov de floue achtergrond.
De compo, zonder de 1/3de, en de kleurenspeling vind ik wél goed !

Of ik had leraar of politieker moeten worden :
tegelijkertijd " zalven en slaan "
ben er nog niet uit wat je eerst moet doen ... ;-)
