Hi David - a nice group portrait. Good use of the narrow DOF and wide aperture. To be honest though the dogs aren't as sharply focused as they should be - no sharp point on any of the dog's faces..
But an amusing scene, I like it..

I must say you achieved excellent comp on this David! I love the tight crops, the heads are nicely balanced. I had two of these dogs. One, named Emmy, a liver spotted Dalmation with one blue eye and one brown eye. And Bailey, who was one of the most gorgeous Dalmations I had ever seen. He had a sock eye and a BIG barrell chest. The dog was a specimen...and crazy as a loon! He was a fear biter! I love these dogs! Nice work on this pic!

maar het meeste " genoot " ik van die uitdrukkingen :
in de aard van
" weg gaan hier ons job doen, anders is het richting pot " :-)

Groot gelijk : waarom voor iets betalen wat je zelf beter kunt ? ;-)

Good collection of faces here David! You took full advantage of a great photo opportunity and this is very well framed and composed.

I think though a smaller aperture would have given you a deeper field of focus and kept all of the dogs' faces sharp.

Ik ga niet zeuren over dat afgesneden oor links, David, want ik vind dit een heel goeie compo. De afwisselende kijkrichtingen, bij voorbeeld... maar ook de uitdrukking op het kopje van de tweede van rechts. En die linkse hond hield jou héél goed in de gaten. Nice!

Grappige foto. Wel héél veel spikkels. De compositie vind ik leuk, allemaal ergens anders naar toe kijken, t blijven dieren hè ? Hij is niet echt scherp maar och, het idee is erg leuk. Goed gezien !
