22 weeks...still a long way to go.

Portrait of my expecting wife. This will be our second child. A little sister for our daughter who will be 2.5 years old come the due date.

Natural light against the balcony door. No fill. Deliberately overexposed the background.

In PP I upped the contrast and added a soft blur.

This is my first maternity portrait. Something I wish I had done during my wife's first pregnancy. I have to take my revenge this time as it will be the last chance. More to come as we get closer.

ISO 200, 1/160, f/1.8 at 85mm

Beautiful Jens! I love this! I also like the OE outside and may post one of those this week. OE can be used successfully and you did it here! I love the outline of soft light on her arm. So glad you got this shot this time! And congratulations!

Hi Jens, What a special moment to capture with a photograph. Your wife is beautiful. Terrific use of overexposing the light in the background as it has an interesting effect.

Can't wait to see more!! Congratulations :)

Congratulations Jens !

Let me wish you many more cool photo sessions together before and after the Big Day. Lovely Candid portrait, with your lady apparently lost in her thoughts. Good idea the soft blur here keeping her visage clear.

Enjoy every moment together,
Cheers!
