A Lemon A Day
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
A lemon a day makes everything else taste like cake and ice cream.
Another self portrait.
I read in the paper the other day that a Hong Kong woman who had been eating a grape fruit every day for years almost lost her leg due to gangrene because the grape fruit has some kind of acid in it that cause your blood to clot. I’m don’t know if lemons are the same so please be careful!
I used a Canon 430 EXII at 1/2 in softbox above camera, A Vivitar DF400MZ at 1/4 below camera and a Vivitar DF400MZ with yellow gel at 1/2 at wall behind
A couple of weeks since I shot this so I don't remember the exact steps for PP other than I did a contrast and saturation boost.

Jens, As always, your imagination and sense of humor have been captured in a terrific self portrait.
I like the bright yellow coloring throughout the photo. Another reminder of the lemon a day! :) thanks for sharing, Lisa
HAHA! This is great! You are certainly unafraid to post your mug on TL! Obviously no WANTED posters in the Post Office! I love this, extreme yellow, your expressions, the HIGH key processing just makes this glow!!
B-)
