I guess this will be my last shot of my first series of photos with simple motives related with summer and sea.

This one was taken during my recent short vacations near the sea. While in the ferry, I found a distraction in my camera and took a photo of this detail - the rope securing the Chinese red flag on the back of the ship.

Olá Ricardo,

As cordas ficaram com grande detalhe em contraste com o mar desfocado.Escolhes-te um bom angulo, que nos deixa a pensar como será a bandeira que está no topo do mastro.

Superb detail Ricardo. Simple is sometimes far better... Good work

Nice light and good DOF on your shot. Very simple composition, but very effective. Good job!

Very nicely done with a simple composition, Ricardo. I do love this type of photo. You have cropped it very tight and I might have liked to see a bit more of the rope at the top & bottom; but it might not have been possible to do. I like the colours which are really complementary - white, beige/brown, a touch of red, and the gray of the water. Well done!
