[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Yesterday night I went to the old city centre to see if I could find some night scenes to take photos of. After some photos I started to play with the lights. These ones are the lamps put under a bridge. Just created this effect by moving the camera up and down while taking the photo. No PP work

I like the graphism, of the well lit green diagonal, against the dark backdrop. The softness & blur, add an element of abstraction. Well done!
