[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
One of the first few species to be encountered by a beginner butterfly enthusiast, this is a fairly medium sized to large robust insect.

Generally abundant on the plains, particularly so in secondary growth areas including public parks and our own gardens, the males are easily identifiable, even in flight, on account of their overall lemon colour.

Identifying females is harder though not impossible, due to their many different colour forms.

a beautiful butterfly, I think it's a Clouded Yellow, Colias croceus.
I like the good sharpness and I'm jelous that you now have butterflies, we have winter and all insect died. They will come again in 5 months, so I have to wait a long time to see that beauties again.

I like this excellent capture Pankaj. I like photographing butterflies also. I was just wondering what a different composition would look like so I tried a workshop. Nice work you have here.
