A nice macro shot of the flower using backlit style, although I think you may perhaps increase the brightness level by +5 and do a bit of sharpening before upload? Sometimes resize and compression into jpg results in a little loss of quality. You may also wish to add a bit of contrast and saturation level to it.

In your choice of f/10, of course, you would have considered shallow DOF to give good bokeh effect to BG blur? Choosing an angle of shot perhaps may also be very important factor to isolate the flower and avoid any distracting element.
