He was fishing alone, with just a length of twine and a number hooks attached to that.

Cropped. sharpened, contrast raised, applied night effect in PhotoFiltre, desaturated a little, played around with levels, finally smoothed in Neat Image.

Critiques [Translate]

You look like you have a lot of potential. The rule of thirds looks great to me, the reflection is very well captured, but I think the man could be just a little bit less centered in the picture- which you could do easily by cropping off a small section from the left side of the picture.

I think the brown sand color looks good- but the blue looks a bit un-natural. Just my opinion.
