| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| Every day, the fishermen must carry the heavy boats up the each, above the high tide mark. There is a long way to go during low tide. Hundrds of boats are lined up in the water waiting their turn. The fishermen tie 4 or 6 loops of rope into the side of the boats, then slip 2 or 3 poles across the boat, lift it up, and away. They must all raise up the poles in unison, one hand behind the pole, one on the front. Incrediable! They race to get them in as fast as possible. |

The note is as usual part of the very interesting travelogue you have been offering us for a long time now. The photo is this time very sharp and full of action and beautiful colours. It does need a slight adjustment though to get the horizon 100% level and personally I would have cropped out a bit of the beach to bring the viewer closer to the fishermen. But those are just typical TL nit-pick details.

Great pic. colorful. Nice composition.
And I like this one even more than any other.
Vibrant, pulsating life in its refined form.
George
PS: Those tiny people's figurines far on the sea ( top left)...Awesome !
hello Gloria,
brilliant capture of activity and of the moment.
The soft reflections in the backwash look wonderful!
Well done.
