I like the fact that he's NOT looking at the camera here Manuj! Something slightly different.
Compositon by 1/3rds is good and as usual B&W works well.....

I find that his shirt is maybe a little OE, a little lowering of the brightness of that would be good.

Anyway - nice portrait again.
