Okay I apologize for the poor technical quality of this photo. But I hope that you will like the story behind this picture.

This photo is from Kee Monastery in Spiti India at an altitude of 3800 meters during the chilling winters.
My photos on TE of this fabulous monastery.
Kee from 600 meters above
Kee in winters
Agricultural Fields at 3900 meters

These monks in the monastery were trying to set the direction of the Satellite dish right, so what they did was that they got the TV along with the antenna and manouvered the dish and other connections of TV to find the combinations for the best reception. It was kind of funny to see so many monks who had nothing much to do during their days besides praying (it was winters) trying to figure technicalities of the TV and dish antenna

Hi Sarju!
Interesting story behind the photo :)
I've done a workshop on this, hope you like it.
Cheers!

I laughed, poor monks. Really they should not have a tv.... But it is fine with me if they do. I know how hard it is to get people to follow the right instructions in India. Especially tech ones (I have little kids do my tech connections, they are smarter than me).
