[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The Sikh drummers resting, from the Sikh bagpipers marching band, at their yearly festival. The holy book was carried on a palaquin to a tent, which then rested on the stage. Prayers were offered. A meal was served, and tea. Musicans also provided singing. Sikhs work to help those less fortunate regardless of religion. They usually cover their uncut hair, wear a steel bracelet, and carry a sword. Everyone was so freindly and kind at the festival. I am very impressed. I was allowed to take all the pictures I wanted. (In some parts of India, Hindu or government festivals are really only for the elite.)

A good group portrait, that also doubles as a superb daily life shot, of these costumed marchers. Sharpness is okay, & lighting & color, superb. Well done!

Very nice people photo.. I like their mood which you captured nicely. Did you have some of that Indian curry and tea? hmmm! yummy!
I think the white balance is a bit off or it could be my monitor cause I'm at work now...
