Hi Manuj,
Another very good B&W portrait. You certainly have a skill for street photography. Lucky you got him to look towards the camera, the details look great. His hair blends into the background a bit, but the use of the blur tool has helped to make him stand out a bit better. Well seen and captured.

The softening effect really changes the feeling of the shot - it takes away some of the harsh, stark textures that are trademark to your work, and somehow gives it a much more compassionate feeling. It suits his expression, in my opinion.
