This is a view of sunset from my balcony with a tinge of surrealism.

This is my first attempt in HDR photography. I took 3 pictures in 3 different exposures [AEB mode -> -2 (under), 0 (zero bias), +2 (over)] and combined them into a HDR image using "Photomatix Basic". Finally tone mapped the HDR image using "Qtpfsgui" (used Fattal framework).

The resultant image as I see here has suffered some color loss as well as noise inclusion. Was wondering if there are any ways to avoid this?

My observations:
1) ISO was set as low as 200. So this shouldn't have contributed much to the noise after HDR processing.
2) I used Jpegs here. Not sure if shooting in Raw mode will get me better results.
