Beautiful shot, great dropps details, nice ligth and contrast

Like the upside down reflection captured in the water droplet and good use of shutter speed to capture the droplets in sharp focus. I'd suggest straightening the glass in whichever program you use and you could probably crop off the bottom a little. The other thing I've tried in the past when taking shots like this is put a coloured card behind the glass to give a more uniform background. I posted a couple of shots a year or two ago on this site using this technique.

Hope this is useful.

A nice start for a water drop shot but I think there are some areas which need attention -
* the focus isn't as sharp as it could be
* the background has distracting areas of lighter colour - with a shot like this you need to consider what the background looks like and what is liable to draw the viewers eye
* the picture looks quite dark, yet with an exposure of 1/4000s and with the sharpness you have got here it must have been well lit - strange
I'd suggest taking a look at some of the other water droplet shots on TL and see what tips you can pick up
Thanks for sharing
