this is a beautiful shot
the colors are grate the DOF is accurate the single problem is the focus
the butterfly should look more sharp
pity because this is a good work

This photo unfortunately lacks critical sharpness and it is a real shame. I think you could have missed focus here as the shutter speed seems quite fast/or the butterfly was about to take off? Perhaps I would have gone for ISO 200 and gone for a higher shutter speed of say 1/400 here. Hope this helps,
