Nice motion captured.
I like the colours and the span of the birds wings.
Love the vibrant orange beak and the yellow eye.
I would maybe have a little more water infront of the bird so he doesn't look like he is going to fly of the photo.

I love watching pelicans fly and this is a stunning capture. Two things I would change, the overall size could be bigger (you have 200Kb, use them) and I always like to see an explainatory note. Overall, Well Done.
