It's a nice building you take! Unfortunatly the sun didn't help for the top of the image. He burn the roof part and tree (White aspect) Hard to have the result you want in that light setting. When it's happen for me... i notice the place and come back if a can later, or another day sooner.

For the positive points i have to say that your crop please me. That part of road/fence on the left/low part bring something who please me. It's not at first plan of course, but to see people behind the fence please me. It's a little touch of life.

What a lovely building - it has a lot of character. There is over-exposure with the sun, a hard shot to get when it is bright like that.
The overall composition works well and the pov is good. Including people in the photo has helped with the scale.
Is the building on a hill? It seems to tilt a bit to the left. I also see the size is 180kb, did you know that you can resize images up to 300kb for posting? sometimes helps with the quality.
I have done a workshop - hope that is ok - I hope you like it
