[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this picture when Diwali festival is over. It’s a festival of light so these lamps were lighting for whole night and need refill of oil for the next time. Just imagine how they will look in the dark....
I have just cropped and done resize operation for TL in Picasa.

An interesting subject and a nice play with shallow DOF.

I think this could have been much more powerful if you followed a different composition, rather than placing your focused subject right in the middle of the frame.

Indeed the compo could have been ... different. But I like this one too. Nice idea and well seen.
Maybe a nice idea to make photo of them while they are lit ? Not in complete darkness, but in the evening.
