[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
It is the Mantar Jantaris a collection of architectural astronomical instruments, built by Maharaja Jai Singh II at his then new capital of Jaipur between 1727 and 1733. It is modelled after the one that he had built for him at the then Mughal capital of Delhi. He had constructed a total of five such labs at different locations, including the ones at Delhi and Jaipur. The Jaipur observatory is the largest of these.
.
More close I demonstrated this interesting place in WS and WS.

Hi Anna,

I really like this point of view and great perspective. I'm only wondering... With an exposure of 1/320, why f/8? why not f/14 or wider DoF? It would just have given more sharpness all over. But it's an interesting composition!

Greetings,
Dennis

I like how the stairs are presented. Great idea.

Eda.

Czesc Aniu,
Bardzo ladny uzytek z Jantar Mantar - tego w Jaipurze nie widzialam, ale w Delhi tez jest i jest fantastyczny!
Dziekuje za wszystkie WS-y - cala seria jest piekna.
Pozdrawiam zachwycona,
Iza
