Welcome to the "PAAGAL-Panners-club"... not bad for the beginning (yes, I'm writing a harsh critic this time;))), the driver and the vehicle should be a lot sharper against the blurred background in order to create a maximum effect of speed. It's a bit more difficult to expose in the dark, but one has to try, try and try. Once you start, you'll be addicted to it, so watch out. But still, this result is fine ... if you keep up with it, it would be nice to see more!!

Great urban shot, with successful motion blur, mamagement of light and compo, your subject is coming into it.

Nice motion picture I like the blured backgroung and the blur on the scooter too tones are wonderful, Bravo.
