Nice control of the light, Ram. I also like the sepia toning you used, it works well in this portrait. The tilt, however, is a bit disturbing for me. I get a bit seasick looking at it... no, seriously, I don't think it works here.
Your niece is a beautiful woman, and she has a flair for posing, it seems.

Beautiful portrait of a beautiful girl. The slight sepia tinge works well.
Maybe the image would have been imroved had there been no tilt.
In any case, a good portrait.
