Sorry for not being around for a long long time! Trust me all is well just that when you dont travel and dont find any inspiration in things around you...maybe a good idea to tak a break.

This was shot at a local coffee pub and the title of the image is their slogan. I liked relaxed and comfy and some what intimate postures of the people involved.

Would love to know what you think. And of course have a great week ahead!

Hej, welcome back, Lakshmi. And what a touching shot, reduced to the minimum and says so much with this little gesture. The sepia adds some more mood, well spotted and executed, good job!

Hauke

Interesting shot, Lakshmi, makes me curious to see more of the two people. Modern style with the capuccino and the handy, like in a coffee in Italy, very well done, thanks.
I haven't seen you for such a long time, nice you are back, bye

Good one! Dialoguing by foot, nice body language shot. Hand on her chest aludes to defensiveness, while his relaxed 'boss' leaning hints dominance. Good choice of sepia.

So good to see you posting again, Lakshmi, and I can certainly understand lack of inspiration as it happens to everyone. This one is very nicely composed (although I might have cropped slightly the top up to the cup of coffee to eliminate the background), and I like how you have captured the legs of both & the armd of one of the person. Nice sepia treatment. Well done!

This is a fun shot, Lakshmi! What a great observation. Very crisp image, good B&W conversion. Well done!

Hi Lakshmi, first off I can relate to your note, I may be entering one of those uninspired periods myself! But hey, seeing this gives me inspiration! It is well seen, and well captured. Great body expressions, no need for faces. Great tones as well, and excellent sharpness that is your forte. Only thing that's missing is a cigarette in the hand of the person on the right!(joking!).
Nice job, looks like your creative mind is back in form! Have a great week too. Best, Sam :0)

Great to have you back, Lakshmi, glad to hear all is well, looks like you battereies are well recharged, tee hee.
I love the comp and tones, suggestive and open to our imagination, lovely. Thanx, M, (*_*)

This is great, Lakshmi. You can read so much into the little bit of body language that we see here. Your sepia tones are very nice! I'm amazed at how smooth her skin is!

Gayle :)

Hi Lakshmi,

Very interesting composition that intrigues our imagination. What are they thinking of? What are they discussing? Are they smiling? Are they fighting?....
Lovely B&W tones and POV!
Very well done!

I love this intimate look at two people chatting over coffee. I think it would make a great promotional shot for a coffee shop, excellent work, I love the choice of black and white and the brownish tone you've chosen, well done.

Detached legs! My favorite subject; four at once in a intimate posture.
Great shot; I don't know why I like this; I make them myself. Just look in the theme; I got company!
Thanks lakshmi

ps: due to some incidents here on TL it is dangerous to mention that you want no points

A story in itself ....... a pic. which can evoke many thoughts in mind . . . . . smartly framed
