In the province of Kerala at the Palace of Samode, these local beauties are gathered in the pre-amble of what seemed to be a wedding reception - - see also my picture from above which shows these four women in their saris blending with the carpet in an incredible example of colours conjoining each other...

The exposure was a little overdone, but with the Pentax IQ Zoom 105 that I was using, it's the best I could do. No tripod. Big flash. Scanned to jpg. No pp. Some re-sizing. Four women in saris. |
