Hi Hemant
She was your waitress?
Good sharpness and colours here, and the fact that the low light (presumably) set your auto-flash off means that she stands out from the background ... BUT there are some elements here that should be improved.
For a start, having her in the centre of a landscape-oriented shot is not generally considered good technique. Most commonly the 'rule of thirds' should apply here - she should be at a 1/3rd point across the frame. Alternatively, a portrait-orientation or much closer crop would look better here. The canopy of the car on the left, the glimpse of a sign on the right, even the sky and the powerlines are all unimportant elements that occupy a lot of the photo's space.
Be aware of details that are not essential to a good photograph - and try to exclude them when you take the shot. You'll find it really does improve what you do!

Hi Gupta,
Thank You for sharing this wonderful potrait. I love the mood on this woman but found many things distracting especially the car and the leaves. Did some PP, cropped the picture for a better composition, played with the clone stamp to remove the green leaves, adjusted hue saturation, levels and curves.
Hope you dont mind, but thanks for sharing this beautiful indian woman with TL.
:-)
Cheers
