[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Taken at the Norbulingka Institute, a trust committed to preserving Tibetan Arts and Culture. The grounds are located in Dharamsala India, home of the Tibetan government in exile.

The waterfall is near the entrance, and prayer flags are all around the compound. Placed to release the prayers printed on them when the wind blows.

Darkened and sharpened slightly with contrast and saturation slightly raised.
