The expensive car creates a contrast with the old building and your compo shows it as nearly a threat ...

I have to agree with the previous critique. A very nice title for your photo! Made me smile. As for the subject, the difference between rich and pour is obvious but not shockingly obvious. I believe the difference in richess is more in the colours and textures than in the subjects.
