I am so glad that I looked at this full size because it is far more interesting than the thumbnail suggests. The detail that you have achieved is very good with plaited lines and swirling curves. Your notes are interesting too.

Nice shot.. good details and like LuDivine, I think you don't even need to have those twist in the middle it look great as it is, :D very original idea!
