Good use of available light, crisp tones and good placement of subject - although a little more head-room at the top of the shot might be good.

This is very nice portrait. Nice expresssions, deep intese look from model. I believe you used natural light here. You used the lights bery nicely here. Very good focus too. It has everything to make a portrait, a great portrait.
