A very interesting portrait.
Very direct gaze.
I love how you have managed to light one side of her face and yet the corresponding b/g is in shadow, and visa versa. It produces a real chequerboard effect.

I'm not sure about the expression captured, maybe the wrong timing. What I want to express is that the hand on the face is not the perfect moment, even it is cute. On the other hand, the light is good.

Hi Manooj,

Lovely light, lovely capture with complete details, excellent body language.

But still comes 3 things in mind,
1, left hand side cheek of the princess is too dark against the right hand side as this I know the hand is in between.
2, the hand is a distraction here.
3, why shot it in horizontal, instead this will be quite nice in vertical.

in my feeling, maybe she is natural model,,,or you find excellent essence in her.

Divija is such a adorable kid! beautiful eyes she has!
Perfect sharpness, the hand in front of her face holding her "lat" look too good and shows the playful mood of child :)

Very fine use of light the dark area added to the beauty of portrait (IMO)

A very fine capture but at the same time i do agree with others about the portrait orientation :)

i like the light in your daughter's face but the pose is so simple.. i'm not so sure either about the hand but if she hiding behind something maybe it will be different story but this her tiny hand holding her hair.. anyway nice try, Manuj..

as for your note of course that's how usually description of Daddy's little girl :)) tfs..
