Hello, Manuj -
A unique and moving candid portrait. His sad situation is conveyed in his deeply lined face and hooded eyes. The b&w presentation compliments the mood. Very sharp and also well-composed with the man's head and arm forming an "L" shape along the left and bottom of the frame. I did not know about the practice of sending the elderly away from the home - is this common in India? Exceptional work, my friend - well done.

Nice, luminous and beautiful Black and white, (should I say, one more time))).

Love the detail of the garments, lots of texture in the whites.

Good exposure, and full range of tones with a smooth separation. Nice solid dark tones and well controled highlight. Well focus subject, sharp and crisp.

As for the portrait itself, well posed, direct and piercing regard. Wonderfull work again.

"old" is not necessarily bad, or good...
maybe the problem is the meaning of his time,
what he sees with his severe eyes is peace or anxiety, I don't know,
but a moment of this portrait shot, he looks feeling one small interesting to be shot.
the portrait can open the slit of someone's mind,
photo has the magic power, but he does not knew it...

what a story:( sadness is written all over his face, that glance, the wrinkles, sharp lines in the forehead, the white hair,,, you captured such story perfectly, ideal choice of B/W, the close up to show clearly the details, the glow in the eye, and the skin texture plus on his white clothing.. all seems too real in this shot.. he's about to say to speak!
