The 1/8sec is too slow for handheld capture and am not sure if you've used a tripod

at f/6.3 you surely got the geometrical motif at his back equally clear and the 1/8s resulted in a slightly OE on his white cap ~ just MHO....:)

Some areas must be checked in ur shot, The beard is merging with the coat, the cap of the person is over light (dont have the details), the eyes dont have a catch light, even there is a focus is also not that perfect.

in this portrait, the contrast between his "eyes and tilt face" and back geometric pattern of fence is interesting and artistic.
