[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This shot was taken on the way to Rabangla from Gangtok,a few miles out of the town of Rabangala.
After a day-long snowfall the previous day,the road had been really treacherous in that more often than not the wheels of our car skidded so viciously that we began to doubt whether we'ld get there safely, even though our driver never accelarated to more than 20kms per hour.

This really does look the result of a bad storm. Glad you made it safe and sound. Very nice composition with the curve of the road in the scene. Well done.

Namaste Utpal

I was in Darj in Jan 2002, & was seriously thinking of going to Sikkim. This has convinced me that I made the right decision, not to go. My jeep skidded on the frost, on the road down from Darjeeling to Siliguri / Raniganj. TFS.
