Hello, Arfa -
Very alluring image. Suzy is extremely attractive, but more importantly, you have captured her in such an appealing pose and expression. Wonderful sharpness, particularly with her hair. Fine b&w tones. One minor nit - I might have cropped the top downward slightly to do away with part of the diagonal line above her. Regardless, excellent portrait work.

She's really a very beautiful girl and the take was very attractive..
Good POV and sharpness and I like the B&W in the photo, but I think you should take off the lines and stuffs in the BG with a PP as you did with the color, the line is a bit distractive of the main object.. the girl..

I like the way you've used the wide aperture here - very nicely controlled, although you could easily use a smaller aperture and still keep that shallow field of focus.

Her sideways glance is charming, the light here is good and the shot is perfectly metered.

My first thought was 'get rid of the rails in the background' but now I think they add something to the shot, aesthetically they kind of "open up" the negative space into which she is looking.
