What will you do if you met a snake ? Honestly, I am affraid of them. And usually I would run right away. But when i had a chance to met one, I try to calm down and took some shot of this fellow. I can do it because it's not that close with me. max zoom at focal lenght 300mm.

Witaj Yan,

Great shot... I don't like snakes and they are a little scary for me, but here I don't feel any fear and I can look straight into his eyes ;] great colours and sharpness...

Well done & TFS :]

Wow Yan, this is a fantastic shot! Fantastic sharpness on the snake's head, excellent depth of field, perfect metering. Very good use of the fill-flash also.
Outstanding work!

Lovey sharpness and texture on the eye and head of the snake, with a lovely blurred background. The light and colours are also super - well done!

Hi Yan,

Well focused on head. But the body got bit blurry due to the movement. The flash was used well bcz the snakes body reflects flash a lot but there is only exposure of the flash on the head but not much.

So well done and TFS.

With best regards,
Muhammad Usman Ali
